Only live, paid sales older than 7 days count toward your level. A high dispute rate lowers it.

Payouts

Request a payout from your available balance to your own verified USDT address. Minimum payout: $50.00. Network fees are paid by Paywio. We verify your identity once before the first payout.

What does merchant of record mean for me?

Paywio is the legal seller to your customer. We charge the customer, collect and remit the taxes, issue the invoice and deal with chargebacks. You sell and deliver your digital product and get paid your earnings.

Which products can I sell?

Digital products such as software, e-books, courses, templates and similar. Every product is reviewed before it goes on sale, and some categories are not allowed.

When do I get my money?

After the hold period of your level (see above) the earnings become available to withdraw. A part is kept as a rolling reserve for a longer period.

What happens on a refund or a dispute?

The refunded amount is deducted from your balance. The Paywio fee is not returned on refunds. If a dispute is lost, the amount and any dispute fee are deducted as well.

Is there a free plan or a trial?

There is no monthly plan: you only pay the per-sale fee. You can set up your store and products before your first sale.

Can anyone sign up today?

Not yet. New seller sign-ups are currently by invitation while we finish the launch checklist.
